We retain ownership of our methodologies, processes, and any pre-existing intellectual property used in providing services.

6. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your business information and will not disclose confidential information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to perform our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We do not guarantee specific business results from our services

8. Website Use
